* Bristol Street: A compact disc player worth $200 was stolen from a car

in the 2900 block between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Thursday.

* Bristol Street: A cellular phone worth $100 was stolen from a car in

the 3300 block between 4 and 6 p.m. Wednesday.

* Newport Boulevard: A wallet and its contents worth $140 were stolen

from a store in the 2600 block the evening of Dec. 27.

* West 19th Street: A cellular phone worth $200 was stolen from a car in

the 400 block between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Dec. 24.

NEWPORT BEACH

* Newport Center Drive: Several pieces of artwork worth $5,750 were

stolen from a gallery in the 500 block between Dec. 26-29.

* Nice Lane: A bicycle worth $275 was stolen from a home in the 200 block

Sunday evening.

* East 16th Street: A cellular phone and a pager worth $300 were stolen

between 3:30 and 4 p.m. Wednesday.

* 40th Street: A purse and its contents worth $150 were stolen from a car

in the 100 block between 12:30 and 1 a.m. Friday.

* 46th Street: A television and several items of clothing worth $2,100

were stolen from a home in the 100 block between 2 and 7:30 a.m.
