COSTA MESAGolf Course Drive: A set of golf clubs worth $1,735 was stolen
in the 1700 block between 12:15 and 1:15 p.m. Aug. 18.
Harbor Boulevard: About $400 was stolen from a business in the 2400 block
at 11 a.m. Aug. 21.
Peterson Place: A stereo and a pair of speakers worth $480 were stolen
from a home in the 2700 block during the day of Aug. 22.
Superior Avenue: A man’s suit worth $300 was stolen from a motel in the
1600 block during the day of Aug. 18.
Yellowstone Drive: A car stereo, gold ring and several compact discs
worth $1,800 were stolen from a car in the 3100 block between July 24 and
July 26.
NEWPORT BEACHDaffodil: Four pairs of jeans worth $275 were stolen from a
home in the 3600 block between 2:45 and 8:30 a.m. Aug. 22.
Gretel Court: A cellular phone worth $200 was stolen from a car in the
first bock at 5 p.m. Aug. 18.
Lilac: A fax machine worth $250 was stolen from a car in the 3700 block
during the evening of Aug. 21.
Poinsettia Avenue: A laptop computer worth $1,600 was stolen from a car
in the 400 block during the evening of Aug. 21.
13th Street: An amplifier worth $100 was stolen from a car in the 100
block between 3 and 6:30 p.m. Aug. 21.
