The Newport Beach City Council will take stock of the city’s fiscal, social and infrastructure issues for 2019 at its annual planning session Saturday.
Staff members will go over the city’s financial health, present potential service level enhancements across departments, provide a look at significant planned and in-progress capital projects and give updates on efforts to address homelessness and relations with John Wayne Airport.
The meeting is open to the public and is tentatively scheduled to last three hours, though it could run longer or shorter.
The meeting will start at 9 a.m. in the Community Room at City Hall, 100 Civic Center Drive.
