Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia’s intemperate use of invective — “blooper reel,” “feeble” and “bizarre” — against the majority opinion written by a fellow justice (in this case the revered Ruth Bader Ginsburg) continues to astound as he continues to diminish the dignity of our Supreme Court.
