Re “The buck stops here,” Opinion, Feb. 20
Although I agree that the only sensible way to get the country to abandon paper dollars is to stop making them, the problem is that the current dollar coin is too similar to the quarter. Unfortunately, nobody is willing to make the sensible decision to change the format of the coin.
Yes, vending machines would need to be modified. Get over it.
