Bill signings: In the Oct. 1 LATExtra section, an article about Gov. Jerry Brown’s signing of various pieces of legislation misspelled the name of Josh Rubinstein, chief operating officer of the Del Mar Thoroughbred Racing Club, as Rubenstein.
