Heroes Reborn In this new episode, Luke and Joanne (Zachary Levi, Judi Shekoni) continue their crusade against the ordinary people with extraordinary abilities. 8 p.m. NBC
Bones Brennan (Emily Deschanel) has a personal link to a case, but while she’s immersed in it, Booth (David Boreanaz) vanishes and an FBI agent (Kim Raver) teams with Aubrey (John Boyd) to find him, in the season premiere. 8 p.m. Fox
Project Runway In the first of two new episodes, the designers create looks based on the musical, “Finding Neverland,” and in the second episode there’s a serious disagreement between judges. 8 and 9 p.m. on Lifetime
The Blacklist As the drama’s third season begins, Liz and Red (Megan Boone, James Spader) are fugitives on the FBI’s Most Wanted list. 9 p.m. NBC
Scandal Olivia (Kerry Washington) must spend time away from Fitz (Tony Goldwyn, who also directs this new episode) for a new mission. 9 p.m. ABC
Sleepy Hollow An ancient amulet proves valuable as Ichabod Crane and Abbie (Tom Mison, Nicole Beharie) oppose the forces of darkness once again in the season premiere. 9 p.m. Fox
The Player A former colleague gets in the way of Kane’s (Philip Winchester) assignment to stop a diamond theft in this new episode. 10 p.m. NBC
How to Get Away With Murder Annalise (Viola Davis) thinks she’s making progress in representing siblings accused of killing their parents, when a new charge is filed against them. Billy Brown also stars, and Famke Janssen continues her guest role. 10 p.m. ABC
Benders This new comedy follows a team of friends (Lindsey Broad, Chris Distefano, Mark Gessner, Ruy Iskandar and Andrew Schulz) bonded by an irrational obsession with their men’s ice hockey team. 10 p.m. IFC
Dominion In the season finale, David (Anthony Head) makes a big sacrifice. 10 p.m. Syfy

O.J. Speaks: The Hidden Tapes This new documentary digs more deeply into the less heavily scrutinized civil trial and includes portions of the plaintiffs’ deposition tapes. 9 p.m. A&E
