The Amazing Race The teams race through Palermo, Sicily, and are challenged by a high-octanecart race in this new episode. 8 p.m. CBS
Hawaii Five-0 The rebooted series’ 100th marks the return of villain Wo Fat (Mark Dacascos), who abducts McGarrett (Alex O’Loughlin) who then has “It’s Wonderful Life” type visions of what would have happened to his Five-0 team if its members had taken different paths. Musician Gavin Rossdale guest stars. 9 p.m. CBS
America’s Next Top Model The seven models head to Seoul, South Korea, where they take part in a photo shoot, with the members of the Korean music act BtoB serving as judges. Tyra Banks hosts. 9 p.m. KTLA
Shark Tank This new episode features entrepreneurs with military backgrounds. 9 p.m. ABC
Blue Bloods A television interview, conducted by Norah O’Donnell (herself), goes awry for Frank (Tom Selleck), in this new episode. Donnie Wahlberg and LaTanya Richardson Jackson also star. 10 p.m. CBS
Constantine Making a deal with the devil is the only way a woman can save her husband, but John and Zed (Matt Ryan, Angelica Celaya) put themselves in harm’s way to break the pact while protecting the victims. 10 p.m. NBC
