The New York Times has a gorgeous video package of 14 actors -- from the famous (Matt Damon, Michael Douglas, Javier Bardem) to the up-and-comers (Chloe Moritz, Jennifer Lawrence, Noomi Rapace) -- wordlessly acting out emotions and situations such as rage, terror, seduction and ennui to a spine-tingling score. It’s a mini Hitchcock film with no answers, and a fascinating look at some of our best performers practicing their craft. Take a look:
