Kaley Cuoco gushes over new husband at People’s Choice Awards

Kaley Cuoco is seriously sweet on her new husband, Ryan Sweeting, thanking him profusely in her People’s Choice Awards acceptance speech.

Upon receiving the award for comedic TV actress, “The Big Bang Theory” star, 28, kissed her groom before proceeding to the stage to accept the “second best thing” that happened to her this year.

“Oh, my God! Wow! This is such an honor, you guys,” the two-time People’s Choice Awards host said gleefully.

“I cry at everything. This will probably be no different,” she continued, before launching into a litany of gratitude. “Thank you No. 1, I guess, to the fans who actually, like, voted for me? This is amazing! Thank you! This means so much to me. We appreciate you guys watching the show day in, day out, and I couldn’t appreciate you more.

“I’ve got to thank the rest of the cast, who I come to work [with] every day and it’s not considered work. You guys make me who I am. Thank you, Chuck Lorre, Bill Prady, Steve Molaro — the geniuses behind our show. Our director Mark Sendrowski, Anthony Rich, Mary Quigley, the crew that works tirelessly around the clock. CBS, Warner Bros.”

Cuoco, clad in a blue-and-black Sachin + Babi Olearia dress and blue strappy heels, also thanked her personal team before wrapping it up by praising her hubby.

“And my new husband,” she exclaimed. “This is the second best thing that happened to me all year. The first is marrying you, baby. I love you!”

The cameras then panned to her Sweeting, 26, a professional tennis player, wearing all black in the front row and smiling.

Cuoco and Sweeting tied the knot on New Year’s Eve at Hummingbird Nest Ranch in Santa Susana.

The couple announced their engagement in September after just three months of dating. In November, the couple adorably tied the “not” on “Ellen” and secured their spot on our favorite celebrity couples of 2013 list.

Cuoco later joined her “Big Bang Theory” costars and crew onstage at the Nokia Theatre to accept their award for network TV comedy.
