Hall of Fame football player Willie Roaf has sold his home in Riverside for $1.085 million.
The 4,586-square-foot Traditional, with canyon and city views, features a saltwater pool and spa with a waterfall feature, a courtyard and a cabana with a moving screen on about three-quarters of an acre in Alessandro Heights.
Built in 2007, the two-story floor plan includes a chef’s kitchen, a family room, an office, four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. A double-height great room centers on a tall wall fireplace and mantle.
Roaf, whose nickname is “Nasty,” played 13 seasons at offensive tackle for the New Orleans Saints and Kansas City Chiefs, making 11 Pro Bowl teams. The 44-year-old was enshrined in Canton, Ohio at the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2012.
The property came on the market in early September at $1.25 million, records show. Roaf paid $1.05 million for the home last year.
Dolly Andre of Re/Max Partners was the listing agent and represented the buyer in the sale.
