Karina Smirnoff seeks tenant for Hollywood Hills hideaway

Karina Smirnoff of “Dancing With the Stars” fame has put her house in the Hollywood Hills up for lease at $7,500 a month.
The Mediterranean-style home, built in 2004, has panoramic deck and window views that take in the Hollywood sign. Updated with new appliances, the 2,000-square-foot house has a vaulted-ceiling living room with a fireplace, a family room, a rec room with a bar, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The yard includes a patio with a fire pit, a rock waterfall and an eight-person spa.
Smirnoff, 37, is a professional ballroom dancer who has appeared on the dancing competition series since 2006. The Ukranian-born bundle of energy won the 13th season of “Dancing With the Stars” in 2011 paired with actor and former U.S. Army soldier J.R. Martinez and is on tour promoting her book “We’re Just Not That Into You: Dating Disasters From the Trenches.”
She bought the property two years ago for $1.25 million.
