Whether you catch or miss the season opener of Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” on Aug. 7 you’ll be way behind the real-life story.
A partial recap from the news release:
“As Josh Flagg finds a new enthusiasm for work, the pressures in his personal life begin to mount. Although Josh loves his bachelor pad in their L.A. high-rise, his partner Colton wants to start fresh and move into the comforts of a humble abode leaving Josh at a crossroads.”
Spoiler:
Flagg, who has been on the series since it started in 2006, closed this week on a Spanish-style home in Hollywood Hills West, paying $1.6 million.

The redone 1935 bungalow features an open kitchen/family room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,687 square feet of living space. The gated property includes a covered spa, fire pit and a changing room with bathroom.
Jonah Wilson of Hilton & Hyland/Christie’s International Real Estate was the listing agent. Flagg, with Rodeo Realty, represented himself, of course.
