Australian actress and model Isabel Lucas, whose film credits include “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” and “Immortals,” has put her scenic retreat in Topanga on the market for $685,000.
Set behind mature trees and privacy hedges, the renovated Craftsman-style home was built in the 1920s and has two entrances, an artist studio and a patio.
Wide-plank pine flooring, handmade French doors and windows and a wood-burning stove give the one-bedroom house a whimsical elegance. Within the 560 square feet of open space is a living/dining room, an updated kitchen and a second-floor master suite accessed by spiral staircase.
The detached studio has a three-quarter bath and another patio.
Outside, tree-topped grounds contain a courtyard, mature citrus trees and a fenced garden area.
Lucas bought the house in 2013 for $563,000, property records show.
Shelly Palmer of Snyder Sutton Real Estate has the listing.
Lucas, 29, rose to fame on the Australian soap opera “Home and Away” from “2003-2006” and has also been in the miniseries “The Pacific” and the film “Red Dawn” (2012). More recently, she appeared in the films “The Loft” (2014) and opposite Nick Jonas in “Careful What You Wish For” (2014).
