Fiji island villa promises a break from paparazzi

An island villa in Savusavu, Fiji, is on the market at $2.9 million and banking on its location and lack of paparazzi to draw celebrities.
Set on a landscaped acre along a cliff edge, the property overlooks the Koro Sea. The villa has 3,000 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
A horizon-edge pool, spa, a three-car garage, a barbecue gazebo and covered walkways are among amenities.
In addition to reefs, rock pools and unlimited coconuts and papayas, the property includes a one-boat mooring in the private lagoon.
The villa is part of the Wavi Island Resort and Spa, which includes a fitness center, restaurant and bar, according to the website www.nopaparazzihere.com.
The project will have 20 lots on 27 acres.
