Actor Channing Tatum has sold a home in Hollywood Hills West for $2,668,500, public records show.
The “Foxcatcher” star and his wife, actress-dancer Jenna Dewan-Tatum, bought a house in Beverly Hills earlier this year for $6 million.
The wood-and-glass home that just sold sits on a third of an acre amid mature trees and lush landscaping. Features include a teak staircase leading to the second-floor master suite, wood beam ceilings, a wine cellar and a guesthouse.
The open-plan living and dining areas open to a stone patio with a fireplace, barbecue center and a swimming pool with a spa. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Tatum, 34, established himself in the films “Step Up” (2006), “Magic Mike” (2012) and the “Jump Street” movies.
Dewan-Tatum, 34, has been on several series including “Witches of East End” (2013-14) and “American Horror Story” (2012).
The house previously changed hands in 2008 for $2.6 million.
Hat tip goes to Trulia for spotting the sale, which took place outside the Multiple Listing Service.
