Offbeat listing photos: ‘Designer’ bathroom bags a would-be buyer

A condominium in San Pedro listed at $399,000 was marketed as having a designer kitchen, but it seems the Louis Vuitton-like bathroom was the showstopper.
The walls and ceiling of one of the 1,429-square-foot unit’s three bathrooms were hand-painted with a likeness of the Louis Vuitton logo.
One potential buyer who wrote an offer had their agent tell listing agent Maggie Ding how much they adored the powder room. The couple did not end up getting the home.
“Overall, we noticed people loved it or hated it,” said Ding of Re/Max Estate Properties.
Other features of the two-bedroom condo include wood floors, recessed lighting and an attic closet. A sale is pending.
