at Cincinnati 8, St. Louis 3: Aaron Harang pitched seven innings and had a bases-loaded single in the Reds’ decisive five-run sixth-inning rally.
Atlanta 6, at Philadelphia 2: Javier Vazquez pitched into the eighth inning and Yunel Escobar and Brian McCann hit two-run homers for the Braves.
Florida 3, at Colorado 1: Josh Johnson pitched eight innings to improve to 3-0 and win his sixth straight decision, dating to Sept. 13.
at Houston 5, San Diego 4: Miguel Tejada’s infield bouncer drove in the go-ahead run in the eighth inning.
Washington 2, at Arizona 1: Ryan Zimmerman extended his hitting streak to 27 games with a home run in the eighth inning, and the Nationals won their third straight.
at Dodgers 8, San Francisco 0: Eric Stults pitched his second career shutout and the first by a Dodger this year.
