EA chief finance officer to leave

Electronic Arts Inc. said Chief Financial Officer Warren Jenson would leave the video game publisher, which is pursuing a hostile takeover of rival Take-Two Interactive Software Inc.

Redwood City, Calif.-based Electronic Arts did not give a reason for Jenson’s departure, but said he would stay to help the company close its fiscal year that ends Monday, and could remain through September to ensure a smooth transition.
