Update: Forward Teddy Purcell was recalled from Manchester of the American Hockey League, where he was leading the Monarchs with nine goals and 19 points in 23 games.

Derek Armstrong, hit hard into the boards Tuesday in Colorado, had a headache and didn’t skate Wednesday. He’s doubtful for tonight. Winger Raitis Ivanans has flu symptoms. This starts a four-game Kings homestand.
