Driver in wrong lane kills 4, self

A Chicago man driving the wrong way on an expressway hit a car containing four people head-on, killing all five, state police said.
Witnesses said the man’s car was going about 100 mph. The second car exploded in flames when it was hit, police said.
The crash closed all the lanes on Interstate 290 for about three hours, authorities said.
