New leader named after missile error

Col. Joel S. Westa was named the new commander of the 5th Bomb Wing at Minot Air Force Base, where a B-52 bomber was mistakenly armed with six nuclear-tipped cruise missiles and flown to a Louisiana base, the Air Force said.
