37 people found hiding in semi

Authorities found 37 suspected illegal immigrants concealed in a truck and trailer.
Police initially discovered a dozen people in the truck while they were investigating a tip about a tractor-trailer parked in the middle of a road in suburban Tolleson, about 10 miles west of Phoenix.
Later, an officer noticed that pallets of bell peppers did not go all the way to the back of the trailer.
The smugglers apparently escaped.
