Internet ad spending up 33% in third quarter

Internet advertising reached a new high of $4.2 billion in the third quarter, marking the eighth consecutive quarter of growth, according to PricewaterhouseCoopers.
U.S. revenue in the third quarter grew 2% from $4.1 billion in the second quarter and 33% from $3.1 billion a year earlier, the study found.
