Oscar-winning actress Eva Marie Saint will answer questions from the audience after the American Cinematheque screens two of her films at the Aero Theatre in Santa Monica this weekend.
As part of its Lasting Impressions series, the American Cinematheque will show the new Wim Wenders film, “Don’t Come Knocking,” in which Saint appears with Sam Shepard and Jessica Lange, at 7:30 tonight.
Another of Saint’s films, the 1966 comedy “The Russians Are Coming, the Russians Are Coming,” will be shown at 7:30 p.m. Saturday.
Two more of her movies will be shown Sunday -- “Loving” (1970) and “All Fall Down” (1962) -- but she isn’t scheduled to attend those screenings.
