5 Kidnapping Suspects Seized; 4 Are Officers

Mexican authorities captured five alleged kidnappers -- including three men believed to be federal law enforcement agents and a fourth identified as a Mexico City police officer -- and seized several weapons in the central state of Puebla.
The capture took place after police received complaints from the families of four people who apparently eluded the abductors, the Federal Preventive Police agency said in a news release.
