From Times Staff and Wire Reports
Opponents of a city ballot measure that would ease term limits for the City Council filed a petition in Superior Court late Monday asking that the title of the proposal be changed.

The measure goes before voters Nov. 7. It would allow City Council members to serve three four-year terms instead of two.
