Marine Officer Charged in Child Porn Case

A Marine captain has been charged with possession of hundreds of pictures of child pornography obtained over the Internet, officials said Thursday.
Capt. Richard B. Toschiaddi, 34, has been ordered to an Article 32 hearing, similar to a civilian grand jury.
He allegedly posted messages on an Internet chat room offering to sell or trade images of child pornography.
