CHP Course Focuses on Teen-Driver Safety

The California Highway Patrol is offering a program to help teen drivers avoid collisions.
The Start Smart program will teach young drivers safety techniques. It will be held on April 20, May 24 and June 29 at the San Juan Capistrano CHP Office, 32951 Camino Capistrano.
