3rd Victim of Car That Drove Into Crowd Dies

A third man died from injuries sustained when a stolen car plowed into a group of pedestrians on the Las Vegas Strip last week.
Richard Bradford, 60, of Renton, Wash., died after developing sudden complications, officials at University Medical Center in Las Vegas said. Eleven people were injured in the Sept. 21 crash.
Stephen Michael Ressa, 27, of Rialto was arrested after witnesses said he intentionally drove a car into pedestrians in front of the Bally’s and Paris hotel-casinos. Ressa told police he believed the pedestrians were “demons” who intended to “kill me,” officials said.
