Re “Blindly Fighting for the Right to Lose,” Commentary, June 22: After reading Patt Morrison’s Op-Ed column, all I could see in my mind were the unprincipled Democratic minions waving in the wind like a field of wheat. What a shame that the L.A. Times has to berate those of us with principles that don’t conform to yours. Like the line in the country song: “If you don’t stand for something, you stand for nothing.”
