Missing Man Found Hitchhiking on Highway

A ski resort caretaker, missing since Friday night, was found in good condition Tuesday morning hitchhiking on Angeles Crest Highway.
Sheriff’s Deputy Alba Yates said Todd Brugger, 33, was picked up about 9:15 a.m. by a utility subcontractor driving near the Mt. Waterman resort. Brugger apparently became lost while investigating a possible illegal campfire, Yates said.
