EPA Considers Sites for Superfund Status
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is considering Superfund cleanups to deal with schoolyards, parks and other public grounds that have been contaminated by naturally occurring asbestos.

EPA officials plan to evaluate the El Dorado Hills Community Center, Rolling Hills Middle School and Silva Valley Elementary School for possible inclusion on the list of national Superfund sites, which would bring federal dollars for the cleanup.
