Seal Beach Motorcyclist Is Killed in Collision

A Seal Beach motorcyclist was killed Sunday when his vehicle collided with a car in Cypress, police said.
Michael Fonte, 41, was pronounced dead at Los Alamitos Medical Center, said Police Sgt. Jim Olson.
The accident occurred shortly before 5 p.m. as Fonte rode west on Cerritos Avenue and the compact car made a left turn from Angela Avenue, Olson said. No one in the car was injured, he said.
The driver of the car has not been cited. The investigation is continuing.
