Gunman Fatally Shoots Man Fixing a Car

LOS ANGELES
A gunman walked up to a man repairing a car in a Mid-City neighborhood on Saturday and fatally shot him, police said.
The victim, whose identity was still being sought by investigators, was near 11th Street and Hobart Boulevard when he was shot twice in the chest about 2:35 p.m., said Lt. Robert Arcos of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Wilshire Division.
The gunman is described as being in his early to mid 20s and was wearing all-black clothing, Arcos said.
