Yellowstone Pollution

Re “Snowmobile Ban Ambush,” editorial, Feb. 11: Here we go again -- those polluting snowmobiles in Yellowstone National Park. When was the last time these critics were in Yellowstone in the summer or fall with the bumper-to-bumper cars, RVs and trucks polluting the air? Let’s get the park rangers to do their jobs and stop the “race[s] around Old Faithful.”

We have toured the park several times by snowmobile and enjoy the beauty and solitude of winter. Just another ploy to keep the public out of our national parks.
