Holdsclaw Lifts Mystics

Chamique Holdsclaw made a three-pointer with 7.1 seconds remaining in the second overtime to give the Washington Mystics an 87-86 victory Tuesday night over the Sacramento Monarchs before 6,627 at Sacramento.
Holdsclaw had 29 points and 21 rebounds, and Stacey Dales-Schuman scored 26 points for the Mystics.
Kedra Holland-Corn had 28 points, including two free throws with 55 seconds left that gave the Monarchs an 85-79 lead.
Houston 73, Minnesota 55--Sheryl Swoopes and Tina Thompson each scored 18 points before 6,111 at Minneapolis to lead the Comets to their fifth consecutive victory.
New York 74, Indiana 55--Crystal Robinson scored a season-high 24 points before 12,444 at New York as the Liberty ended a three-game losing streak.
Robinson made six of nine three-point shots.
Becky Hammon added 12 points and Teresa Weatherspoon had six points and a game-high 10 assists for New York, which led, 36-19, at halftime.
Cleveland 71, Miami 50--Jennifer Rizzotti scored 16 points, the most in her career, and Ann Wauters added a season-high 18 as the Rockers won before 6,652 at Cleveland.
Rizzotti, playing with seven stitches near her left eye because of a cut suffered in the previous game, also made four three-pointers, the most in her career.
Utah 86, Portland 83--Adrienne Goodson scored 30 points, the most in her career, and the Starzz held off a second-half rally before 6,491 at Salt Lake City.
