From Times Staff Reports
The Ventura Unified School District plans to sell its headquarters on Santa Clara Street and move to a larger site.
Employees of the county’s third-largest district work in two buildings miles apart and need an additional 20,000 feet, said Joe Richards, an assistant superintendent.
A new site has yet to be selected.
District officials are working with the city of Ventura to determine the best use for the site before putting it on the market. The asking price has not been determined, Richards said.
