A Lesson in Jurisprudence

I can think of no single act that will do more to underscore the ineptness of the Bud Selig regime than to allow Pete Rose entrance into the Baseball Hall of Fame.

But then, what could be more ridiculous than letting the owner of a team be the commissioner of baseball anyway? It’s a little like letting the defendant be jury and judge in a trial.
