Corona del Mar Woman Named to Fair Board

Gov. Gray Davis has appointed Peggy Haidl of Corona del Mar to the board of the Orange County Fair & Exposition Center.
Haidl, 44, is vice president of financial operations for Asset Liquidation Group. She serves on the Orange County Sheriff’s Advisory Council and has been a reserve deputy sheriff for two years.
Haidl, appointed to a four-year term, succeeds Gary Hayakawa, a board member since 1992.
