Eagle Flight 15, a day of plane rides for the physically and mentally disabled, has been canceled, organizers said.
The annual event had been scheduled for Oct. 6 at Fullerton Municipal Airport, but flights have been restricted by federal order since the Sept. 11 terrorist tragedies, airport manager Rod Propst said.
Eagle Flight 15 is a sightseeing excursion with volunteer pilots from the Rotary Club and the airport. “We hope to continue it next year,” Propst said.
