Top individual performances in games reported to The Times:
ALL PURPOSE
Arthur Giddens of Manual Arts completed eight of 15 passes for 221 yards and rushed eight times for 76 yards in a 39-20 victory over Grant. Teammate James Finley caught five passes for 105 yards and returned a kickoff 90 yards for a touchdown.
Jeremy Boyle caught a 49-yard touchdown pass with 38 seconds left in El Camino Real’s 19-14 victory over Jefferson. He also made eight receptions for 119 yards and returned a punt 80 yards for a touchdown.
RUSHING
Chauncey Washington of South Torrance rushed for 306 yards, including touchdown runs of 80, 83, 69 and 62 yards, in a 52-33 victory over Beverly Hills.
RECEIVING
Donnell Maddox of El Cajon caught four passes for 193 yards, including scoring receptions of 43, 52 and 65 yards in a 42-7 victory over Fontana. He also intercepted a pass.
