Tree Lighting to Open Hometown Holidays

Hometown Holidays events will kick off later this month and run through December.
A tree-lighting ceremony will be held Nov. 30 at 5:30 p.m. in downtown Plaza Park.
The Hometown Holidays Parade begins at 10 a.m. Dec. 1, lining up at 8th and B streets, running along C Street and ending at Plaza Park.
Channel Islands Harbor will host the 36th Parade of Lights on Dec. 8.
Victorian Christmas house tours will be conducted from Heritage Square on Dec. 8 and 9 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets are $10 for adults and include refreshments.
Residents of F and G streets in the Oxnard historic district invite the public to see their outdoor holiday decorations nightly from Dec. 9-26.
