We Usually Get Along

Regarding a united Afghanistan: It is reported that because there are over 30 religious and ethnic differences in Afghanistan, they will never be able to agree, unite or get together.

Perhaps someone should point out to those factions that here in America we not only have those same 30 ethnic and religious differences but about 100-plus more and seem to get along pretty well. Sure, there are some occasional problems in our communities from the few jerks who like to hate, but overall the American people seem to coexist just fine.
