Playboy Net Losses Grow 26% Amid Slump

Playboy Enterprises Inc., the Chicago-based adult publishing firm, announced that its second-quarter net losses grew 26% amid a slump in online advertising.
The company’s net loss was nearly $8 million, or 32 cents a share, for the period ended June 30, a drop from the $5.9 million net loss, or 24 cents a share, for the year-earlier period. Revenue fell to $72.8 million, from $77.2 million.
