Police formally accused a Japanese businessman of killing a British bar hostess, whose dismembered body was found in February.
Joji Obara, a 48-year-old real estate developer in police custody since October, was served with an arrest warrant for fatal assault against Lucie Blackman, 22, who disappeared last July.
