Prosecuting Police

“Make the Law Obey Laws” (editorial, Oct. 30) is almost a universal complaint. In the prosecution of criminal cases the district attorneys are reluctant to bite the hands that feed them, the police. Sadly, their goal is to obtain convictions, not justice, which to them is a vague term mentioned in the Constitution.
