The first session of the three-day Costa Mesa-Newport Harbor Lion’s Club Fish Fry and Carnival will be from 5 to 11 p.m. Friday at 2701 Fairview Road. The 55th annual community event continues from 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday and noon to 11 p.m. Sunday. Admission is free. Information: (949) 548-3094.
