The City Council tonight will consider whether to approve construction of a Coptic Orthodox church at Vermont Avenue and State College Boulevard. Neighbors have objected to the proposal, saying it would increase traffic and reduce parking in the area. The council meeting begins at 5 p.m. in council chambers, 200 S. Anaheim Blvd.
