The developer for the proposed 356-acre Whispering Hills project and city residents who are opposed to it are preparing for the first public meeting to review the project application.
The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. Thursday at the community center, 25925 Camino del Avion.
Ridgeline, open space and traffic concerns are at the heart of the opposition to the development. The meeting will include a presentation from city staff and the developer. A scale model of the proposed development can be viewed.
The Environmental Impact Report on the project is available for public viewing at the library and at City Hall. For more information, call (949) 493-1171.
